CEO & Founder
CEO/General Manager and founder. Vast experience in human capital and sustainability management as consultant and executive. She has worked multinationals companies in the field of mining, transportation, security, financial services, telecoms and academia for more than 25 years.
Executive coach and international consultant in strategy and people management. Extensive trajectory in multicultural environments. As expert in collaborative labour relations, she has led more than fifty successful regulated (by fixed procedures) and non-regulated labour agreements.
Anthropologist (UACH) and Master in People and organizations (UAI). Global Executive MBA at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Executive Coach (AoEC Zürich). PHD Candidate at Antwerp University (AMS), doing research in the field of Women in Mining. She lives in Belgium, visiting Chile frequently for business and family reasons. Bilingual Spanish-English. Studies in French and German.

Interested in learning languages and working in intercultural environments. Bilingual Spanish-English with intermediate level of French and Dutch. Noteworthy leadership skills, good at teamwork and result oriented. Experience working and studying in Chile and Belgium.
